Prehistoric site in eastern Romania, starting with a Lower Palaeolithic containing flakes. Six overlying levels are assigned to the Middle Palaeolithic and have sidescrapers and bifacial foliates, of at least c 46,400-40,200 bp. There are also Aurignacian, Gravettian, and post-Palaeolithic assemblages.
